Ingredients (6)
- 4 packets Tim Tams
- 1 1/2 tubs Light Philadelphia cream cheese, at room temp.
- 220g white chocolate
- Sprinkles, to decorate
- Edible glitter, to decorate
- Coloured sugar, to decorate
Method
- Step 1 Using a food processor crush up Tim tams into fine crumbs.
- Step 2 Cut cream cheese into cubes and using hands, mix in with Tim Tams to form a large ball.
- Step 3 Let the dough rest for about 15 mins ( or longer).
- Step 4 Using a teaspoon, roll the mixture into little balls.
- Step 5 Place rolled treats in fridge/freezer for at least 15 mins to harden.
- Step 6 Fill a small saucepan with about 2-3 inches of water. PLace chocolate in a metal bowl over the saucepan making sure that the water does not touch the bottom of bowl. Stir with a clean dry metal spoon.
- Step 7 Once chocolate is melted, dip chilled balls into the mix and roll them around using two forks. Place chocolate coated treats on a tray lined with baking paper ready to decorate.
- Step 8 I have been known to double dip these little treats, simply repeat step 7.
- Step 9 Now the fun begins! Personalise your Tim Tam Treats with your very own style, you can simply sprinkle 100's & 1000's over them while the chocolate is setting, drizzle some dark choc over them for a different effect. Even place a stick in them and taadaa you have made some Cake Pops! Enjoy
